I was staying in Catalonia Cathedral hotel from 18th to 24th January room 321. Your cleaning lady stole €500. The money was in the backpack in the closet the whole time! She left a few papers so that I wouldn't suspect theft. I took cash to buy a gift for my husband in duty free. Imagine my surprise when the money disappeared. I want her to return the money!!

Hotel Valencia is the worst hotel I have stayed in. We travel regularly and have stayed at over 100 hotels throughout Asia and Europe. Nothing could prepare me for the level of arrogance and contempt this hotel showed my wife and I. The rooms were filthy. Air conditioning was set by them at a ridiculously high level. We had to use wet towels. The pool was nothing like the photos. To top things off the car park is for small cars and having spent an hour getting in and out they have the audacity to charge 18 Euro. We didn't end up parking in the parking space! I woudl encourage you to do some research before selecting this Hotel. There's a lot of other reviews with similar comments.
