Hi Great Video very well explained, like to see you do a complete flight say maybe about an hour. Also I have the flight factor 777-200er Beta 2.0.28 type and you say you have the Alpha 2.0.9 can you tell me what is the difference and is it posible to change my beta to an Alpha type installation ? .
I apologize for the late reply! Alpha 2.0.9 was an earlier version of the aircraft with less features. It is not possible to change back to Alpha since all of the updates are going into the Beta program.

I don't have any sound in the cockpit when I push buttons, push keys on the FMS, and even no sound when the battery is turned on or GPU connect. Any suggestions?
Really sorry for the late reply! Perhaps you could delete the fmod folder and use the X-Updater file to fix the aircraft. If that doesn't work, reinstall the aircraft. If after that it doesn't work, file a bug report on the forum with your log file.

Wow great videos!! Really appreciate the details and explanation, do u know or have the settings for the honeycomb bravo and alpha?
Thanks for the feedback, I really appreciate it! As for the settings, it really depends on what your configuration is. For example, I use a MiniFCU, so I don't configure the Bravo's autopilot panel. This video really only covers what may cause issues for a lot of people, such as the reverser settings. The rest are customizable, and FF even added Bravo-specific commands into the X-Plane bindings!

On the EFB, go to Simulation - Avionics. There should be an option in the bottom left to use the metric system.

Some extra context on the FMS Data Manager's "scan" functionality: The scan will not work on the first install, as it is supposed to detect the folder structure. This folder structure is only created after updating the NavData the first time, so you need to use the "add" button for the first install. In future circumstances, such as the entry disappearing for any reason, the scan functionality should work since the folder structure exists.

Just a few quick words: - If you are using a Mac, please DISABLE LUA JIT. It currently causes a memory leak on those systems. - In the Weight & Balance submenu, there is a Passenger Configuration page below the Loading Page that I skipped. This is where you set constant passenger weights, change the weight policy, apply ICAO Summer Corrections, and randomize the passenger weights.
Regarding LuaJIT, this is also an issue that I've been experiencing with the FF757 on Windows. I recommend disabling LuaJIT regardless as to which OS you're on until Laminar can identify and resolve the issue.
