A C section
that intubation was wild lol
It kinda looks like Markiplier
You are doing great
I’m tryna study for EMT-b, and this video was riddled with mistakes. Pls take this down 😭
Why didn't the system catch the allergy
This video scares me.
GLOVES!!!! WEAR THEM
This entire video was a dumpsterfire. We are fucking around with an ECG without even checking his pulse. I would not like to see more simulations like this one!!!
This man has PEA and had no pulse at all. They weren’t hearing anything at all through their shitty two dollar stethoscopes. The man bled out and arrived dead at hospital. * Who are you to say otherwise? They never checked his pulse…
this is very disorganized approach im sorry but not great
It's for students to find the mistakes in this video for what ik
I usually use a prep pad
Just use your teeth
Teeth or the method in the vid...Hmmm. Which one seems a better idea?
@@edenjs1503 remember to chew
@@edenjs1503i know right, it’s clearly teeth
@@MicahMotionWelp we surely gonna swallow the medication if we chew and bite it lolll
Explain how the EMS people are going through an algorithm to address this trauma.
NOOOOO RECAPPING, YOU FAILED! F
I'm confused is this a real video, or just a demonstration for EMS students?
Anybody have the answer? Is this patient a real guy? I got 2 likes but I really want to know what's going on on this video maybe it's just a dummy? The foot is missing? Is this real? can anybody clarify?
It's for emt students to practice on
I know you did it in the video, as I can see it but it might be worth mentioning that you inserted the needle bevel up.
No tape?
Though I have Trypanophobia (fear of needles), I still found this good!
Imagine placing a drug bag on top of a patient!
Yet the pacient is wreathing in pain. Forgot the screaming. Ive been through this. Id rather surgery. PPH getting stablised for theatre is painful af.
I will use this for my students to find mistakes made on a call.
They put the wrong part of the leg in the priority mail box. And no bubble wrap or packing peanuts. Automatic fail. “..If it fits, it ships.”
Might as well roll the hurse directly to the scene
I don’t wanna go to school
What porn movie did this cop escape from?
Nice video,continue the good work.
Using this for an art project for class haha!
the only thing I could think of while watching this video was... Is... Is nobody going to take control of the patient's airway,? oh okay... nope... oh thank goodness after 5 minutes post first medical /patient contact 😂 to anyone watching this video and reading the comment section... DO NOT WAIT THIS LONG TO ASSESS AND MAINTAIN A PATIENTS AIRWAY..... please :)
He was breathing spontaneously at 25 breaths a min upon initial contact. Not sure what makes you think they didn’t assess the airway
Evansville ❤
same here!
intubate with a collar on? good luck, and you just broke all his teeth.
Didn't inflate the cuff on the ett.
There are better pumps with better drug libraries. Please promote them. First of all it’s so huge and one pump occupies one pole. When you have to infuse multiple drops how can you accommodate. Ask Alaris make smaller, portable, handy pumps
It would have been great to have paramedics that knew what they were doing for your demo video
FAIL. Student does not demonstrate competency.
Damn...
It's a joke right?
Is it Really
Great case! Thanks!

This is an inappropriate video to demonstrate EMS intended for educational purposes.
This video should be flagged do not do anything these people did for a trauma assessment or treatment. The video should clearly state look for the wrong doings because this would be an epic failure on national testing and any paramedic school.
One of the big fails big big fails is tubing a pt that is aloc without sedation and paralytics. if he is coded that is one thing and most agencies don't go for trauma codes but if he has breath sounds then he probably has a gag reflex and good luck shoving a tube in his throat without paralytics or risk of vomit. This is why we give paralytics to prevent vomiting while tubing and from the pt biting or preventing the tube.
قوات التدخل البطيء
This is horrendous.
Didn't check carotid pulse after putting on C-Collar...
Why should someone do that?
@@WolfshundSMM for cerculation
How can you support the ETT before you auscultate the epigastrium? It may be possible that there's air leakage into the p.t stomach.
A video on how to set up the Sim RX as a cabinet would be helpful. The user guide isn't much help.
you did not dress the wound on the victim's hands !! Not closed wound on the leg This patient will not survive the transport to the hospital - he will bleed out
Can you imagine getting paid a bit more than a McDonalds worker for doing all of this?
I mean this looks like McDonalds workers trying to do EMS lol
If this is your standard of practise I would argue that you should earn less than a McDonald’s worker… At least you live through a McDonald’s experience unlike these guys treating you
@@Jonas-Savimbi- i worked in tje fast food buddy. Its not as stressful as being an emergencies EMT/Paramedic at all
@@LnR4ever clearly you didn’t understand the joke
Thats a realistic simulation l
