    Dog fee: $300 Monthly pet fee: $20 2x2 rent $692.63 Just don’t live here, constant police presence makes it feel like your living on the cops property, they hangout outside of buildings, issue tickets to residents, and are simply an eyesore. No one wants to see police at their homes multiple times a week, early mornings and late nights and heavily on the weekends nearly every day m-f. Sometimes it would be multiple police cars [4-5] hanging out here like it’s a pit stop. The wifi goes out EVERY MONTH, sometimes more than once a month. You may wake up on a dry day with no storms but your power will be out. The apartments ARE NOT CLEANED before you rent them, my carpet was filthy, looks as if it weren’t ever cleaned; with regular soap & water on a paper towel, the towel was BLACK from dirty carpet. There was pet hair all over my unit upon moving in. The top of the cabinets were soaked with oil. Furniture is raggedy to say the least. Bedrooms are very small. Some bathrooms have metal towel racks and shower rods, others have plastic. My roommate has had mold in her room since we have been here and the issue has yet to be resolved. You have to ask for the trash to be emptied in public areas, it sat in my area for 5 weeks before I asked for it to be emptied. The parking lots are half plowed, I asked if they can be salted and the leasing manager told me to call the company myself. If you want to pay your rent using your credit card it’s a $30 fee. Using a Debit Card its a $7 fee. Using your bank account or ACH its a $3 fee. They don’t cover any administrative costs. They don’t charge you a security deposit but they charge you one full months rent for the month you don’t live here and you will never get that money back because they split your lease between 12 payments, even though you live here for 11. So if they say rent is $630/month on the website it is actually, $687.28 per month since you only live here 11 months. They try to make it seem like its cheaper than all of the other apartments in the area but its not because you only live here 11 months but you are charged for 12. You can live somewhere much nicer and way bigger down the street for the same price or cheaper. It is managed by Cardinal and they dont have a corporate office you can call to complain to. You are just stuck with crappy service and even crappier units. You definitely aren’t paying for service or a peace of mind or a nice apartment because it’s another issue every single week. I definitely regret living here. If you are a college student, live somewhere you can be stress free with operable wifi so you can attend class and do homework. I’m telling the truth, I don’t care how many good reviews you read this place is awful. Live in Chandler Crossings or at The Rocks for the same price in a bigger apartment with much better amenities, prices, units, and bigger bedrooms and bathrooms. I totally regret living here, especially for $687/month. I’ve been bamboozled. If you want to get out of your lease you will have to pay your rent off first. I also saw an orkin truck at a building here last week. Residents also throw their trash on the side of their buildings that remains there for weeks. There is no sidewalk at MOST nearly All of the buildings so if you like to walk, expect to be walking in the grass or the streets. Also fire doors are always propped open, people leave furniture and boxes in the halls. No routine building checks are done to make sure they are cleaned (they are not) or that fire doors (between floors) remain closed. Terrible, Terrible management and property.
