I am in love with this animation. The two adult characters and their actions were really interesting! Also, the way the characters move is pleasant and fun. For example, I love the sight of a child raising his arms high and excited, or the sight of a man wearing a hat tilting his head and revealing his nostrils!! thank you for creating this masterpiece🥰
Still a favorite of mine nearly 10 years later. So insanely fluid, a great idea and execution, and just a well done short

@@ezvqr “people stealing hard work” - is a very rich theme for the film. But this is an “eternal” topic. I wouldn't have any resolution, no clever ending to this story. I hope someone else will be smarter than me.:)

did you use vibrant colours for the beautiful part and desaturated colours for the darker parts?

I mean, to be fair the "laid back dude" actually won on the outside. Sure the friend said bad things and it hurt him on his feeling, but rn right there that dude won. Not the friend. From the friends perspective it had no effect on him. He just shrugged and walked it off. As adults we learn to control our emotions and that's actually a good point. Not always is it bad, but it can become useful! Thank you for this wonderful animation!❤❤

For some reason, i feel like this is just an in-general metaphor for anyone. People like to have attention, but sometimes, it gets overwhelming once all the attention is on you, so having at least one person who pays attention to you can feel nice.

I don't understand how the guy was insulted when the other man was just talking normally. Maybe I'm missing clues because I don't understand what there saying
The real mean man is a passive aggressive person. Sometimes people say terrible things by disguising them as other things, maybe saying them as a "joke", or doing "strange compliments"...

animated only by one person and finished by a total of handful? simply amazing. i can easily see this aired on tv as weekly episodes for children (and some adullts like me) and turned it into a financial success. bravo.
