2K needs to hire real people who love basketball to develop the actual representation of sim basketball, instead of hiring woke weirdos!

They've neglected growing the sim basketball that they used to be known for because of myteam, mycareer/city. They need to drop those completely or make them separate games entirely. Imagine if they spent their time just working on evolving their simulation basketball side/actual NBA simulation, versus having to spend so much time building all that other trash. Also, Eras sucks because they dont even have full rosters. Who are the 3-4 fake players on my 2002 sixers? If you dont have the ability to recreate all the players, then dont make the game mode.

Franchise mode my nba will always been in 2k modes it’s season mode you have hella customization you can do at the end of the day your playing for the trophy 🏆 and creating your own dynasty league are a full make believe mode putting Jordan lebron and Kobe on the same team are making a retro team vs new era team east and west and see what you come up with adjusting your mode is important lower shot Tennessee’s and potential then those players won’t get those badges that you’re talking about

What are you talking about in madden when you draft a rookie all he has to do is play a certain Number of downs and then he gets his X factor or superstar or just star he enters the league he just has it you said u have to earn it 😂😂😂 earn what 😂 in 2k you can train with mentors and upgrade your badges or get new ones. It crazy you can say this game and mode is falling behind Madden😂 you’re so ungrateful 😂 maddeb doesn’t have the most basic things in there game

I agree after doing 41 seasons it gets very boring but in my opinion it's still the best franchise mode in sport games

they should make it where you can start a carrer as a current player or past player in any era jsut it wouldnt be online. kinda how fifa has it

when i do a normal league in the era we have now the league just gets too overpowered. I wish there was more balancing

a player could be averaging 25 ppg as a 80 overall but will ahve no progression but may even ahve degression. Id like some more realism but snadbox at the same time. I wish i could also choose players jerseys to retire for my franchise.

Eras's is great but i have seen no many glitches with eras. I wish they had the rights to all the players and maybe some more diversity and different gamemodes in mynba

To be fair 2k17 fixed all the bugs from 16 and added some QoL improvements and 2k18 had the entire MyCareer style MyGM storyline so its more appropriate to say since 2k18 than 2k16. Although I take your point. Everything since 2k18 has been removing features, replacing features with worse versions, leaving features to atrophy because the code wasn't tuned for the new game. And when they have added features it's been mostly underwhelming. Btw completely agree on MyEras. Finally someone else with a brain who ses it for what is. "The same MyNBA with less accurate rosters." Perfect description.

I agree they need to continue pushing the bar and all that it is stagnant I also want a deeper offline my career like we had in 2k14 with voiced gm’s etc but to say this franchise mode could ever be in danger of falling behind Madden is just laughable at least in 2k you can play with legends in your franchise mode. They’re not locked behind some ultimate team simulation numbers actually makes sense injuries makes sense not everybody’s injured every two minutes. Madden is behind the show. Madden franchise mode is one of the worst. I mean axis football is better. Create a team design the league in your own image rule changes so on so forth, Madden doesn’t even attempt to do any of that. OK they added back training camp drills, and even then EA could not implement them correctly 😂. 2K has become lazy but they’re laziest. Work is better than Madden’s best anymore.😅

After all, 2k almost owns the NBA. they don't need to change anything when ea sports doesn't even compete with them anymore. this game has gone downhill ever since they added vc in 2k14.

Bro, I know you already started, but to keep it realistic, you should have added Vegas and Seattle since they’re the first two expansion cities that the NBA are going to give a team to. Add Vegas and Seattle, then move the Grizzles or Timberwolves to the East.

I like to create myself and play through Jordan, kobe, and lebrons time, see if I can match up As for the madden thing...bro lol hell no Maddens franchise is 80 years behind everyone. You can only just now and I mean in 2023 you can now finally set your depth chart without it changing automatically on its own. Yeah wow cool. And you cant play with ANY of the legends not a single one
