What a wonderful place to live.
Looks like a very beautiful place.
Sad, untouched paradise then oh wait. Build roads, power lines and cut back the trees so it looks like the place people claim they want to leave. Oh and put a money value on it so it gets reduced to a line item in a bank statement. Just leave it alone.
