You cant put the Infinite ammo astraea, and you cant use a weapon from the beginning, you are cheating
I love this game. Congratulations! How did you unlock all of the weapons? Is it a glitch?
It's a secret. You must kill only the big ship in the whole level to unlock all weapons.

You can de-spawn him if you run faster than him to the left.

It can be so frustrating to get that big ship kill to unlock all the weapons. That was a close call lol
