Do you do stitching for clothing and also DTG?
Have you considered putting multiple stacked drying platters/conveyors inside a taller unit, feeding a smaller number (eg one) of separate conveyors? More complex mechanically, but a much higher efficency of footprint size and capacity.

How much this ?
I screen print for a living but i use to operate a Kornit avk and a hexo HD6. Honest opinion in my eyes is these look fuckn bad ass and love the layout .Prints look nice.

Umm our dryers are set at 305 for like 8 minutes 😳...does that sound wrong to you ? We use the atlas, but the same dryer ,our technician set it up that way ,it worked great for the 1st month ,now they come out the dryer lookin like they are 5 years old

These people in the videos never printed shirts. Aside from that, these machines were terrible! Most of the time they were off line and in constant need of repair. I haven’t worked with this company since 2020, but if what I saw was any indication, I would not recommend oval jet.
I know this is an old post, but I’m from Chico as well. Did you print shirts at fifth sun? If so I’d love to pick your brain a little in regards to it because I’ve been wanting to learn how to screen print small scale for fun
