Shi Professionals
Добавлен 1 май 2022
Shi Professionals was founded by Tom Nguyen, a multi-award-winning nail artist with over twenty-six years of experience, who has helped nail technicians achieve their potential through a commitment to ethics, integrity, and excellence in the field of nail design.
In his 26 years of doing nails, he has discovered that most nail technicians struggle with managing time, application, foundation, structure, and shape as they work on the nails. As well as finding solid, reliable information and seeking solid guidance, and the difficulty of locating high-quality supplies and equipment with little or no prior experience.
Presently, Tom serves as the Master Educator of Shi Professionals Team, a channel dedicated to teaching you all the tips, tricks, skills, and product information you need to succeed in your chair.

So you enjoy giving women demonic looking nails??? How about No.
❌️
Do you have any long form videos that show your whole process? I have your bits and I want to know the steps to using them properly and at the proper speeds
VERY TRUE! 😇
Wow so nice 😊
The last thing they need is acrylic nails if their natural nails are that bad
Unbelievable!!! For YEARS I have hated my curved nails and have stopped getting them done and kept them really short because of this one issue. I have always wanted the upward or ski slope shape, and you just solved my problem in minutes. Thank you. Thank you sooooo much!!!!! Now I am about to do this.

That cuticle removal was so satisfying
People not only want but actually pay for nails like that? I couldn't take anyone serious that had nails like that.
What bit is that to remove the cuticle?
It's because poor people who are nice can't afford to go to nail salons, lol
Those are stunning..
Oooo girl i dont even have to read these comments to know 😂😂
If you want a good product, you need to pay the price - and tip. It’s not a newsflash. It’s economics. If you half ass pay, you get half ass effort.
You don’t pay me well RAAAHH👹👹👺👺
Its not about the money as a customer ok its about the quality and the artist doing what we want done and looking amazing!!! I dint mind paying for great nails.
And this is why it’s so important to be upfront with your prices firm and fair and not accept clients that don’t value your work. I am a creature of habit. I’ve lived in five major cities/places in my life of which 3 were in my adulthood, and in each of those three places, I had exactly one nail tech and one hairstylist and here, in Arizona, where I live now my hair tech and my nail tech are the same lady. Because I trust her. Before I moved here Nikki did my nails and Desi did my hair for over 20 years. Before that when I was in college in Chicago, (Alexa) did my hair and Shawna did my nails for five years now I live in Arizona Cathy does my hair and my nails. I do my research. I’ll look at samples and when I find someone who I like and who I trust, I don’t haggle about prices. When I go to Cathy to get all my services done, I could be paying her upwards of $200. But she’s worth every penny. When I used to get my hair done by Desiree, she had a full book of history of my services, including photos and very detailed color, swatches, and everything and when I moved and told her I was moving, she made me a copy to take with me so my new hair tech would know my hair history. When you’re worth your money, people will pay you. And I’m not rich not by anybody standards I’m a teacher. But self-care is my me time and it’s when I refill my cup and recharge my battery to be able to be a wife and a mother and a teacher so it’s really important to me for those times to be relaxing and pleasant and for the services that I get to be worth my time and money. So thank you for everything that you do. Thank you for taking the time to learn your craft and practice and become good at it. Thank you for respecting your customers and your clients Enough to say no when something is below you. Value your own work to not let somebody haggle on your prices. You do beautiful, beautiful work those nails are exquisite and whatever you charge, people should be willing to pay. I know I would!
Te difference is that those who just come in and pay full price with no issues have the money to redo the project if they don't like it. The people who hggke and nit pick don't have money to redo or replace things if they don't turn out the way they like it.
But u can't just ask someone to accept less money for the service they r providing to u just bc u can't afford it or bc u dont feel their work is worth that price. U gotta go some place or to some one you can afford whose work best aligns with ur taste. If u have to have ur set repeatedly changed that isnt the tech for you. Vocalize that, & then no ones time will be further wasted. You aren't owed their time/effort and they are not owed ur business.
This isn’t true at all. I don’t have the money to redo my nails, but I do know that if they don’t come out the way, I want because I’m a faithful client to my nail tech that she will redo them at no cost. She also does fixes for me if I damage my nail or something happens in one chip or falls off all for free because, she believes in Customer Service and I don’t haggle with her on her prices

Never understand why if people are that picky or complicated just do it yourself! I do my own because i like complicated designs and it would cost a fortune (nor could i afford it so why even haggle, just save up lol) for me and the nail tech with how many times i change my mind, so mad respect to all the amazing nail techs/artists being patient and professional ❤❤❤ as a customer or clients for them do better, they are people too!
Or do it yourself. Then you’ll appreciate the cost more!
Go somewhere else if you don’t like the price. Simple as that😊
👍👍👍👍🥰🥰🥰
