I'm on a Statin, and one of the side affects is weak muscles. The heart specialists recommend exercise to lower cholesterol and strengthen the heart. However exercise exacerbates weak muscles when taking a statin. Any recommendations ?

I've been a trainer for over 30 years. I add this to your conversation as a public "hint" in the science of fitness. The science is to be as healthful as possible so all available tools are used far before "exotic" mechanisms are considered in your fitness plan. 3 of your videoed habits are already in place long before this training change. It also tells me the weight "problem" is addressed properly without using Semaglutide as a sort of "magical pill". Thanks for the insight and considerations.
