Firstly, when start. You should not have any object to be used in your inventory till the timer starts. Secondly, no hacking. Thirdly, the station doesn't have to be well decorated, just platform blocks.
Are the length of the train and the distance between each station the freedom of choice? Also, can I fly?

There is also one thing i forgot to mention: the platform 5 in the sneak peek is merged, and it is for express not waterline in the sneak peek, this could be the Morganstown Overhaul.
Update: it is wrong and Morganstown will not get any rebuild/overhauls.
