Rear rebound is not enough standard. These forks and shock have top out spring. So need wheels of the ground and the wheel pushed down to take unladen measurements. Otherwise you can be setting 40mm rider sag but really be 45mm and putting suspension into the stiff part of the stroke. The rebound on rear is now at 10 clicks out and comp 20 with 15mm bike sag. Front rebound out 15 clicks comp 12 clicks with 25mm bike sag. Im 110kg kitted up.

I swapped my RS for the RR.... thinking of going up to the 105NM Sprong, looking at the workshop manual, seems that its easier if you remove the middle exhaust, and unbolt the dog bone, then the swing arm moves out the way and easier to access the bolts... Just not sure if I want to try it..

Hi, why did you need spring tools? Couldn't you have just undone the the preload and taken the tension off?

Dude, that jacket is going to do nothing to protect you in the event of a crash. Nether is that helmet going to help if you go over the handlebars and land on your chin (I've seen that happen - blood everywhere). Please get the right gear for your sake. I am a bit late to the party on watching this but as an instructor I have been over it a few times trying to work it out. Firstly the bike lay down, as you were turning left the bars were slightly to the left which is fine but the bike seemed to stop sharply. I cant see but IF the front brake was used that would cause the front end to dip enough to loose balance and over it goes. I don't know how long Donna been riding but that twisty what ever it was, not a road in my book as they have surfaces would have been challenging for most. I am over 6 ft so I can hold a bike on steep cambers, females being smaller will find this harder. I noticed when going down that track the footage was of the front wheel, I know gopros have large field of view but if Donna was looking to far down that also causes problems, always head up and look around the bend to focus on where you want to be, keep revs up use clutch control and drag rear brake to control speed. Donna always remember we all make mistakes, I dropped my bike other week on my gravel drive as side stand wasn't down. I am glad my fellow instructors or trainees didn't see it. Liked and subbed
