Two questions. How do you secure it in the space to prevent movement over time with open/closing the door? Also how do you vent the back and prevent overheating?

where is the 72" joining kit. I don't see it on your website. is it cooler one side and freezer the other side and both 36"?

Just had mine installed and I have two questions / comments. First, do these appliances really have no way to mount/anchor to the inside of the cabinetry? I’m worried I’m constantly going to have to shuffle it back into position because it’s attached to nothing. Second, behind the ice shutters, there is water pouring out. This is a bit disconcerting. It’s making ice (albeit kind of wet…maybe because it’s brand new and not well frozen in there yet). But is this normal behavior? If you lift a shutter and look you can expect to see multiple streams dripping from above down into the trays?

Just looked at the website; no prices or average prices on their models. I have to get a quote. Very off-putting. Does anybody have a ballpark figure on the cost of an under-counter fridge and freezer unit?

The video doesn't show the installation of the anti-tip brackets. I didn't see anyone pick up a drill. And how are the anti-tip brackets getting installed if your floor is porcelain over slab? Read the instructions? how about you show it in the video? A picture is worth 1,000 words....

I love your products. I have previously worked in and owned restaurants in the past and have loved True products. I very much would love to buy residential True products. WHY ON EARTH do you not list your prices on your website? The price is the price. I can either afford it or not. I do not want to have to email you for the price of EVERY SINGLE MODEL that you produce. If I want to design a kitchen, I need to know how much things cost. I can either afford it, save up for it, or not be able to buy it. Your strategy of "email us for the price" basically makes it so difficult to plan a kitchen upgrade, that I have to put you out of the running, which is so disappointing because I love your products. I love that you say "We ARE the centerpiece that makes your kitchen beautiful. You don't hide us behind a cabinet panel." I desperately want a refrigerator that has the reputation of reliability that your company has. I would love to consider you for a kitchen remodel, but the way you do business, I cannot. I do not say this with enjoyment, only frustration because I very much want to consider your products. I know my business in itself will not make or break your company's finances, but do you think I am the only one who thinks this way?

I bought 5 Ice Machines and installed four of them carefully following installation instructions and having no problems. When I proceeded to install the fifth (which is SS door) I followed the same procedure and got stuck when a message appeared on the display saying "Lo Suc". I had not been able to find what this message means and how to resolve it. There is no mention of such message on the Installation/User Manual and I had not been able to get a Service Manual. Can you help me to resolve this?

I am not pleased with this product: It is too noisy according to modern standards. You choose between 500W or 1000W, but it has no termostate.

Now it makes sense. My maybe 4 year old unit shut down this morning and the display read FLT. I looked for my manual almost sure the filter needed to be changed. Couldn't find it so I went on line. There i found the manual but didn't recognize half of the things in there. It said "flt" meant i had to clean the evap coil. Okay- never saw that before. So I cleaned it and reset the machine and its fine. But now I happened upon this. More research and I realized I was reading the manual for the new model. DOH. Guess I do need a filter after all.

1. How long has the "residential" refrigerators for True been around? 2. How often do True refrigerators need to be serviced, and what is the most common problem or part that is replaced? 3. What is True's oldest running refrigerator model, and how long has it been running?

Just came back from an ABT store near Chicago, and the True 48 on display was pumping hot air. Can't trust any manufacturer today to make something reliable.

In a residental great room setting the sound is a significant consideration. No mention anywhere on your site and this overview includes nothing about sound at compressor start-up or during run time. Not a choice I can make.
