Where do you get the ice?

I poured my 1st candles using wooden wicks. There seems to be a small mound of wax around the wick. Have you ever experienced this before?

Congratulation on your new machine !! I could have saved you over 10k. I have NEVER used, 6 head computer automated , variable filling machine with a conveyor belt for sale. Can be used for any liquids hot or otherwise. Good Luck !

What a great video! We're a sleep store with candles in a boutique we started two years ago. This year the candle's did well till last month. Its like someone hit the brakes hard on those sales. Business is so hard right now. Our Q2 started strong but im not expecting any stability in those sales. It was just nice to have a month the gave me a breather.
