If I haven't tried any psychedelics before, would you still recommend me doing iboga? I want to do it to overcome some past trauma and reset some of my brain receptors that were probably damaged in my depression 6 years ago. In essence, I am not able to feel emotions fully depspite having largely recovered from the depression. But at the same time I fear iboga may not work that well for me provided I have zero experience with psychedelics.

I have taken iboga alone at home I have full confidence that when taken responsibly, following the proper procedures and protocol, and of course bearing in mind the contraindications,that iboga is a safe medicine. Being well nourished,rested and hydrated really helps to relax into the experience,and if a perso feels that perhaps their health isnt great or has some worry or anxiety then a check up from doctor cant hurt to put them at ease. We should always listen when ourbody is telling us something. Those rare cases the media keeps scaremongering are nearly always avoidable if the safety and preparation protocols and guiddlines are followed correctly. Iboga is a safe medicine when used redponsibly. in fact if you take most medicines and check the statistics you will see how many people die from even seemingly mild and commonly used medicines. Anyone who is worried about the heart using iboga or especially ibogaine,which is said to be harder on the heart should look up trials by stanford early this year,in which they discovered that when magnesium is taken together with ibogaine when dosing, and so the heart is protected. Something to do with if I remember correctly an enzyme that iboga depletes that taking magnesium helps to keep at safe levels. Like any healing medicine, iboga, which is in my opinion and experience one of, if not the most powerful healing tools should be taken responsibly,not taken lightly or whimsically,or witth fear and anxiety I hope your journey brings some real positive change and light to your life 😊

Not the typical music for most of the other serotonergic psychedelics, could imagine that listening to this would be too overwhelming or annoying when on let's say lsd -? but iboga is a substance on its own and so its music is.

I was listening to some music designed by scientists to help people with adhd focus (that works quite well according to the research). And what's super interesting is it sounds a LOT like this except more of a modern digital spa kinda vibe. But the beats are very similar. I keep coming back to bwiti music because it really helps me to focus and get into a good mood. Its useful for more than just iboga ceremony's, although that's how i was originally introduced to it.
