2024/25 B Grade: Anglesea vs Jan Juc Bowling
B Grade bowling highlights.
Unfortunately the camera tipped over halfway through the B Grade clash (New tripod is coming!), so we only caught the bowling of our B's.
It was a great performance with the ball from our bowlers, started by Tommy Eskrigge who is in fine form.
The game didn't pan out the way we wanted, however with 3 games to go for the season there is still plenty to play for.
Enjoy the highlights.

Top Order Collapse 😬 It wasn't our B's day against Ocean Grove Cricket Club, with the Batsmen struggling against some quality bowling. To their credit, the bowlers made the Grubbers work for every run, and with not many runs to defend they made a game of it. We know our boys will bounce back next week!

Mcguane is chucking
Ian lygo did that Crocker guy dirty, the old man obviously didn’t wanna face the mean attack
Is K Eskrigge injured? Action is a bit round army.
unfortune for Josh Inglis, as he is stumped going for the big one.
What's the deal with umps nodding their head at an appeal. Put your finger up & deal with the consequences. lol
Why the artificial pitch?
Umpire is clueless
3:16 that was out, he even looked behind
Big fella Clode opening bat from Drysdale has gone the old “pulled my hammy” excuse when he was gonna be out by a country mile anyway 😂😂
Barely breaks stride 😂😂😂
@@Jeepers234never got out of first gear 😂
Suddenly the hammy is fine when keeping number 9. Just not when bbqing yourself
“CoMe On BoYs”🥴
The amount of times I’ve seen a bigger bloke pull a hammy going for the quick single….
Keeper pretty chirpy for getting rolled for 97
Recovered well from that “pulled” hammy…..
Any captain who wins the toss and bowls first on a concrete pitch should be replaced by someone with a brain.
terrible bowling attack.
What happened to your opening bowler from last few years haven’t seen him not playing ?
Moved into turf comp in Geelong
@ cheers for answer good bowler
Hate seeing anyone batting against the quicks without a helmet on. Shouldn't be allowed.
You can't bat without one even against spin in most places in qld.
If I was the captain of Barwon Heads I would never be giving up the opportunity to bat first and put runs on the board. That bowling attack isn’t good enough to give up the opportunity to work with scoreboard pressure.
Do you guys play with a two piece or four piece ball?
@@longjohn5322 2 Piece Ball, swings all day!
@ I thought so. I don’t think too many concrete competitions use the four piece. I was just trying to explain for myself why most of the team totals are a little on the thin side. I enjoy your videos. Are you guys historically one of the dominant teams in your comp?
Our A Grade has had a great run in recent years, winning 6 of the last 9 Premierships! Before that we hadn't won a flag since joining the competition in the mid 2000s.
I'm clueless as to how the LBW appeal @ 0:40 was given not out.
That off spinner has a nice bowling action
Geez that Robinson kid has a face that was made to be punched
why the fk does that pitch look like a sanitary pad
Celebrating like you've won the world cup
Your a clown mate it’s good to see passion in the game
I’ve watched this channel for years, that’s the first slips catch I’ve seen taken
Observations: 1 A lot of bowlers can really swing it 2 Do you have to play the same team on both days of the two day games? 3 I do like seeing a young bowler stick it up the batsman's nose
To many batters at the non strikers end trying to call no when its not even there call. 😂
6:23 up there with the worst lbws you will see
3:18 what a seed
4:30 how that did not hit the stumps I will never know. Great delivery
Bowls a crapload of bumpers, then finally learns that pitching it up is what gets them out? Who'd a thunk it?
Helmets should be mandatory. Some people need to be saved from their own stupidity.
They are mandatory in every grade now in Australia. Even to spin
@@timotyfinlayson9963 not there not I've played a few ones cricket games and my captain would face pace with no helmet
@@timotyfinlayson9963 Well the footage in this video shows that it’s either not the case or it’s not being enforced.
@@longjohn5322 it might just be in qld 🤔
@longjohn5322 just checked online and as of 2023 helmets are mandatory when facing medium or fast paced bowling, wicket keeping up to the stumps or fielding within 7 metres from the batter. Mandated by the ICC.
McGuane with a clear chuck
Oppo deserved to get pumped. Bunch of sooks. Also pretty brave of L Stott giving some chirp when he gets a wicket despite the fact he spent all day bowling absolute dollies and getting belted
The offie bowling from the near end serving up some absolute pies
Well batted. Not easy batting under pressure when your the opener and you’ve lost early wickets.
Nearly held his bat
What is up with that pitch
Its freaky 🤣
1:48 That's out but fair enough for naked eye.
1:53 was out
This is a pretty good standard of cricket!
1:28 can’t do that😂
Huby done an amazing job of bowling himself out there
Had to pause and comment on the sooking over the run out attempt. If you watch it frame by frame it's basically border line whether his bat is over the line or not, you couldn't possibly give that out in real time
Might’ve been chasing a few less if they didn’t bowl that poop to the final pair.
If this is A Grade, I wonder what the bowling is like in the lower league!
Fielding team let themselves down with a bit of a carry on. Simple fact was you batted very well and they bowled some rubbish at times.
Was square leg done by the batting team??
It looked like the Anglesea batsman was in with that attempted runout. Queenscliff seem like a bunch of Wankers. They will be in A2 next year with that bowling performance
some hairdo that j gittings had! 2:52
