Lisa was great in this interview. She and her colleagues obviously take huge pride in providing good meals for their students. When I was in school, I made an effort to let my lunch lady's know how much I adored them, it got me extra food and goodies at the time, lol... I loved lunchtime in school. I loved their meat sauce spaghetti on Tuesdays, square pizza on Fridays, fish portions were great, Thursday cheeseburgers were great, sometimes the lady's would prepare an outstanding Salisbury steak with gravy, green beans or peas and carrots, yummy! etc. Cheers and thanks to Lisa Frattasio and all the school lunch lady's in America! -FIN🥰🍕🍔🌮🍳

Interesting that she didn't point out the location where the early Plymouth inhabitants placed Metacom's (AKA: King Philip) head on a pike after they killed him and dismembered his head from the rest of his body. For those who don't know, the plaque is located just downhill from the church in Historic Square on the same side of the street as the restored 1740s courthouse. Take a moment to read it sometime. Truly gruesome; and it was done by people only one generation removed from their forefathers being saved by the Wampanoag people.
