Since they will hibernate and their colony size is small I won't move them into a nest just yet, but I'm working on getting the nests anyways so they're ready!

No, but since it's a UV light which affects queens' biological navigation during nuptial flights I thought it might have an interesting effect on a captive queen!

They're the white blob she keeps holding with her mandidbles and moving around, the queen is 4 mm in kength and the eggs are even tinier so the camera couldnt capture their detail through the test tube in dim lighting like this

I'm not sure of the species as I'm not the biggest expert on aquatics 😅, as for where I found it this is actually in an aquarium but I stuck the camera to the glass and added an underwater breathing sound effect in the post processing, the aquarium is located in Dammam, Saudi Arabia
