Hi Morning, if you need to remove clothes while using the drying function on your washing machine, please note that the door won’t open immediately. You’ll need to turn off the power and wait a short time, as the internal temperature may be high. To protect you from burns, the safety temperature sensor will activate and prevent access until the temperature reaches a safe level. The waiting time may vary depending on the temperature. Thanks

@@CHiQ-Australia it seems like your product is designed by lawyers rather than real humans. Since when do I need a machine to tell me when it’s safe to grab something from it? I know it’s hot. Have you ever used a laundromat? Or any other dedicated dryer? But here’s one for free: if the lawyers insist that we’re too stupid to be careful when it’s hot, why is there not a button to stop the heat but keep the tumble/fan to cool it down fast? The answer of course is that your product designers aren’t very good.

@@voney000 sounds like you need to become a.... Washing machine engineer? (if that's a thing 🤣). I mean, I'll happily sign a waiver to be able to open the damn door mid dry 🙄 if uber can bury an arbitration clause in their terms, I'm sure CHiQ can.

Hi Morning There might be something blocking the drainage pump, which will show the E03 error code. You can manually clean the drainage pump following the instructions on page 27 of the manual. Hi If you want the drying process to start automatically after washing, first select the wash program, then press the "Drying" button and choose the drying time. It is recommended to use the "AUTO" setting, so the washer will adjust the time automatically until the clothes are dry. If you want to run the drying program separately, select the "Drying" program and choose the drying time using the "Drying" button. Again, it is recommended to use the "AUTO" setting. Hi, Most front loader doesn't have lint bag. Most lint will typically be washed away during the cycle. For a deeper clean, running a drum clean cycle after several drying cycles can help remove any buildup. Thanks

Yes, that's correct! After selecting the washing program, just press the Drying option in AUTO mode. Once the washing is done, it will automatically switch to drying and stop when your clothes are dry.

@@CHiQ-Australia I went into my local betta retailer this morning and ordered a left and right opening models. I told them about the join kit being supplied in the right opening model and they had no clue. Wait and see if it comes with the unit now I guess

It seems the machine has locked after starting. If you want to terminate its program early, you need to press and hold the ‘START/PAUSE' button for 3 seconds to unlock it. If it doesn't work, please contact CHiQ customer service.

Yes! Either hook up washer to Cold Water pipe only. Or press "Temp", select 20 Celsius, or ignore "Temp" function entirely. Mine's only hooked up to Cold Water, so I don't have to bother.
