How you just use it for dry only coz i didnt know how to do the combo i washed it but that was it now i need to dry it and its not letting me. Help.

This is the dumbest pice of machinery I have ever used. Once you choose the AUTo dry cycle, there is literally no way to get out of it and the door locks your washing in the machine with no possible way to reset it or get it out earlier. Ive been trying all day to get my washing out and it's stuck. I even spoke to tech support and they told me there's noting they can do. Even turning the machine off does not reset it or unlock the door. I wanted to dry some clothes quickly to wear this afternoon and they are still locked in my machine for another 2 hours. insane. this is a case of the old analog technology being far superior.

I have a question about the depth of this product. All the manuals and online specs say depth = 577mm, but the diagram in this video shows a 487mm depth. What is the physical depth of the machine including door, and will I be able to fit this under a 600mm bench, including plumbing and a 20mm cupboard door to cover it when not in use (European laundry style)...?

You missed the important feature of 1400 RPM, only costly ones has that speed. We had a CHIQ small fridge CTM216W for 2 years, it worked perfectly well, sold it for half price (the prices went up massively from when i bought). Then bought CTM515NW for a bargain $700. I believe CHIQ offers best value for money without any bells and whistles. A fridge that works perfectly as a fridge. no fancy features which are not needed. My old washing machine is dying(repaired the bearing myself for $80 in 2 days, but cant do it once again). For $570, this washing machine offers features of $1000 ones from Bosch and Fisher and Payke, Beko etc . The warranty of 5 years gives peace of mind . I dont know honestly why anyone would buy anything else, when you are getting the same quality with 5 year warrant (most have 2 year warranty only) for half the price. CHIQ is highly underrated.

Read the instruction manual, said to do a drum clean before use but it won’t finish the cycle .. why?

On a load of 2 pairs of clothes and a small towelTells me 3 hours for a wash and dry cycle, look back 2 hours later still 3 hours. Takes forever to finish and i cant unlock it for whatever reason. And stays locked for an unreasonable amount of time. Decided to just brake it open, touch my clothes and they were just kinda warm, its like it waits till theyre cold to open. Fuck this machine, ima find one that doesnt lag on button presses, locks, and simply lies

This damn machine shrunk my clothes it wouldnt let me change the dryer timer down so it dryed for 2hrs i stopped it at 40minutes then it wouldnt unlock the door even after pressing the button for 3 seconds numerous times. Turn it off and on for over a hour to see if that will work still didnt somehow pressed a button and it started washing my clothes again i started this load at 7am this morning and only managed to get the damn door open at 7pm .. the concept sounds nice bt in reality rubbish

How can I stop and finish dryer on the halfway. Because even if I pressed 3 seconds holding unlock button, it did not unlock. Or once the dryer program starts should i wait until finish all hours?

Does this machine have the ability to change the drain hose from the right side to the left as most machines do? My tub is on the left, not the right hand side.
