When you pray the rosary it's to pray for Mary and for her to pray for us. It literally says in the hail holy queen prayer " pray for us O Holy Mother of God, that we may be worthy of Christ"

Hello. You can pray the rosary by reciting the meditation first then reciting the Hail Mary. You can also recite the Hail Mary alone but also reflecting on the written meditation. We will post an example video on both very soon. 🙏
