Dave originally wrote ‘Sands’ (the simple melody and counter-melody at the end of this video) at the piano, and the Quintet have since turned it into something quite different as a whole - Andy Hague (flugelhorn), Ben Waghorn (tenor sax), Ashley John Long (bass), and Toby Perrett (drums).
