Dear Sir Thank you for the presentation You have stated that FIDIC Clause require the Employer to pay within 56 days from date of submission of Application . But I think this require the Engineer to issue IPC within 28 days . The Employer is expected pay even if the Engineer has not issued IPC. Another question is as per the definition of "Variation" it is change either "Instructed " or "approved". In this case, the Engineer to certify the Variations which is only instructed but not approved or he can certify only after approval of the Variations by the Employer Can the Engineer ask for a negative Variations without giving notice as per FIDIC In the yellow book of FIDIC , the Employer's Requirement is a single document or it is a set of documents?
