it looks nice, but where i live is a dry heat so these jacket won't work,we need something to keep us cold...

Sorry for the late reply. Like you stated, it's just a jacket with normal fans. The jacket was created in Japan. It's a bit humid out there and by sweating and having the fans on, it will help cool you down.
