nope, you'll roll separately for all asteroids, even if they show the same direction on the card. That would be a brutal asteroid strike if they all hit at once!

When a card comes out and it has three meteors do u roll the dice for each meteor or for example if u take out a card with 3 down arrowed meteors and u roll a 5, do all meteors go down at column 5?

Yeah, I really flubbed this video on a technical standpoint. I appreciate the kind words though! My wife was the one that caught the music during the video...while she was watching it on youtube, and I had lost the footage to redo it. Live and learn!

My only negative about this video is the weird music in the middle of your initial explanation of this game. It made it a bit hard to hear what you were saying. Other than that an awesome review!

Quite right! :D Same with warfare, but with the way colonize functions it snowballs significantly faster.

Good review with detailed view into the mechanics. But you've forgot the second main difference between Colonize and Warfare. Each Colonize-Symbol on an activated planet or on some permanent tech cards (at the moment only fertile ground, I think) decreases the colony amount (which is needed to settle planets) by one colony. This makes a huge difference!

I'm one of those. Don't much care for supeheroes (you don't even know how much flak I get for not caring about "The Avengers"), yet I'm am drawn to this game. Bought the 2nd edition and both expansions.

Ahh! Yes, this game is definately confusing, lol. The best thing I can recommend is to play a round or two by yourself, and print out the player board to help out! But yeah, its got a lot of moving parts, haha.
