Simple, efficient, and straight to the point. Very German airline. Compared to many airlines that has put cosmetics like dancing, singing, and colorful graphics in their safety video, but, as a result many passengers can hardly catch the safety messages 🫤

I don't know
In comparison with other airlines it’s so bad and doesn’t promote German culture and tourism at all. It’s literally not creative and looks so stiff 😂 why they don’t put German and English after each sentence instead they make everyone watch it twice… if you watch Japan, Thai or Singaporean Airline, even France you will understand what I mean.
Boring, too specific, without creativity, grey : There is nothing more German than this😂😂The only weird smile you can see is from the girl at the end

How much did you pay to fly ANA to Akita?
I don't know because I bought the ticket from Florence via Munich via Tokyo to Akita, usually it costs around 100~150 $ (usd)

It was! Because of the heavy snow, the pilot decided to land that hard, there was a pretty big chance to return back to Tokyo

DEAR PASSENGERS. I WANT TO SHARE THIS EXPERIENCE MY WIFE HAD WITH LUFTHANSA, JUST FOR YOU TO BE CAREFUL AND TRY NOT TO BOOK ON THAT COMPANY. MY WIFE BOUTH A TICKET TO FLY TO EUROPE, JUST SOME DAYS BEFORE COVID-19 STARTED. DUE TO THAT VIRUS LUFTHANSA CANCELLED HER FLIGHT AND WHEN SHE CALLED TO GET THE REFUND OF THE MONEY THE PERSON WHO ANSWER HER, ADVISED HER TO WAIT UNTIL THE VIRUS WAS OVERCOME AND THEN SHE COULD FLY. THE RESULT WAS THAT THE VIRUS PASSED AND LUFTHANSA NEVER REFUND THE MONEY BACK; HOWEVER THE WORSE WAS THAT WHEN MY WIFE CALLED TO FIND OUT ABOUT THE REFUND, THEY PROMISE TO DO IT IN THE COURSE OF 5 TO 10 DAYS, THAT NEVER HAPPENDED, THEN SHE CALLED AGAIN, LUFTHANSA GAVE THE SAME INFORMATION, BUT NEVER REFUND THE MONEY WAS REFUND. AFTER MANY OTHER PHONE CALLS IN DIFFERENT DAYS DONE FOR MY WIFE, FINALLY LUFTHANSA RECOGNIZED THAT, FIRST: THE COMPANY WERE NOT GOING TO REFUND THE MONEY OF THE TICKET, OR SECOND: LUFTHANSA COULD PROBABLY DO THE REFUND IN A "LATER STAGE". WHEN MY WIFE ASKED FOR THE MEANING OF A LATER STAGE, LUFTHANSA JUST ANSWER THAT IT COULD BE AT "THE END OF THE TIMES FOR THE HUMAN BEIGN". AS YOU CAN SEE LUFTHANSA JUST MADE FUN OF HER ALL THAT TIME, INSTEAD OF BEING HONEST SINCE THE VERY BEGGINING AND TELL HER THAT LUFTHANSA WAS NOT GOING TO REFUND THE MONEY..... Like as AI voices replacing real human voices on announcements. I think because if you arrange many actors to make a safety video, in case of a change (for example different equipment used in different aicrafts or some update in the aviation industry like as new lifejackets) they should be recalling all the actors and remaking that one part, using this type of animated safety video they can make changes only by one computer.

I think he meant that the producer messed up the sound completely. Also a trend in German state run TV to have a sound carpet behind the language. Should reduce your ability to think.
