I am highly privileged to have seen this Half 11 project from skeletal Prototype stage to now finished Concept form. This has Nilu 27 type of hypercar design purity about it and it is interesting to see this New Breed of Unhinged Design taking off, especially at the time when electrification and AI technology are influencing auto design to a point where the emotional aspect of design and driving experiences are nigh on extinct. For example, please note that Manual Transmission and Modern Hypercar Tech are now making a dream comeback! Amen to that because Stallone in Demolition Man would also have approved of this trend.

If this has genuinely been released as an update in Australia, then fair play. At least you still have it available. What I don't understand is that despite a new grill, they didn't move the Hyundai badge to the front of the bonnet - as they have on the rest of the i20 range update. Also, most of the 'upgrades' you describe are already present in the European model (my April '24 car certainly has them..). The wheels look like smaller versions of those on the Ioniq 5N. I hope this isn't just Photoshop in action - we need the i20N to live on. It's an epic car! 🤘

Yea so about 1/3 through the “ we love us” b s i concluded there isnt one built yet and consequently no video. Also it will only be useful in very calm seas which any sailor knows is 1) about 8% of the time and 2) not very predictable. It would really suck to get caught to far afield in this plastic toy. Nope its back to steel hulled 6000 nm + range , exploration “0” level trawlers for me. The Offroad function (xSnow, xSand, xGravel, and xRocks modes) are not new at all. In fact, this function has been available for the current X5 since 2018. Unfortunately, like many other available options, this was not offered in the U.S. It seems like BMW NA doesn’t like to offer a lot of options for the U.S. market, yet they are built in the U.S. In my opinion, the Offroad function (xSnow, xSand, xGravel, and xRocks modes) should be standard on all SAV vehicles. Mercedes, Porsche, and Audi to name a few have them. My cousin has a 2021 X5 M50i in Zurich, Switzerland and when I visited him a few years ago, the xSnow was a great help. Otherwise, this is one crazy mixed and unmatched package. Not sure what to call it. Very confusing when you look at the car. It looks like someone just put bits and pieces together. Still missing a lot of other good options and packages that you can have on the X5 40i or even M60i. One would think the 25 Anniversary should be very special, but it is not.
