Workers will never celebrate the so called Workers day because some of the unions are captured by the political organizations and white monopoly capital,workers of South Africa needs a union which represent the rights of the people in the work place and fight for a better living wage for all workers,not unions which was defeated by the state in the bargaining council during the breaching of wage deal between government and unions,the workers don't want unions which is fighting for positions in parliament after may elections,the workers of South Africa are watching you busy campaigning for political parties so the workers will sort you out on 29th May 2024 you owe workers performance bonuses and increament for the past four years and some of your leaders the money was found in your mattres and sofas,NFSAS is looted,Eskom corruption and state capture implicated leaders,so workers don't trust you sold them.

We are so tired of this union that since the wage negotiations are office went from a 31 out of 34 psa members to only having 18 members left. This union has let us down in so many ways

Employ more Coloureds in Senior positions to show Govt is Serious about redressing the past especially that Section 195 of the constitution says A fair Representation of all race groups should be done across all spheres of Govt

Officials within government sectors need to change approach when dealing with politicians in their working environment, otherwise nothing would work

Nothing to celebrate unions does nothing to workers on salary increase every thing went up interest rates is rediculouse everyday that's so sad on middle class people.

We've been crying for 1 thing since from 2017 but PSA seems to fail us as Data Captures in the DOH. We have got too much work load as Data Captures but we are still getting paid by Level 4. We do not want too much but we need level 5 as all Administration Clerks. If you guys can fight that for us that is when wen trust PSA

😢 give us the increase that is going to make us workers of RSA not the change,we can't even buy a house with the pay is not working on others government employees are full at loan shacks that is shocking and showing that we are not getting enough

7% will be less than the R 1000 stipend for members on lower salary levels. I would like to see negotiations first make the R 1000 pensionable and add it to our scales. Then we can start negotiating about this years increase. Please do not let the employer use the excuse of the R 1000 falling away as leverage to rush us into another multi-term agreement that is not worth the paper it is written on.
