Sorry so late everyone. Been a long weekend.
Dam I keep praying they go back in bussiness again 😮. They made good decisions and better than MTD or ayp
@@philliphall5198 I here ya. Be nice to buy a product that would stand up for their name. All we have now is mass produced junk that is designed to fail within a couple of years.
Notice the seat , that’s why I know it’s not a B/S made one 😊😊😊
Sorry about the focus everyone. It was getting late and i think was fighting between the light contrast.
The light stand was a good idea. Will the fans be able to hang on there also? Canopy looks good going to be fun 4th of july
Yes and no. It will hold em but if puddin stands up and hits it with his head whoever is at the table will get a fan to the face.
My gas is just as bad or worst
Red bottle heet , Lucas fuel cleaner, small bottle of marvel mystery oil and a can of berryman fuel cleaner is what I use to clean a dirty fuel system.
That's got a k66 transaxle with manual differential lock up (pedal by your left foot) those are highly desirable since they are so reliable... Best mod you can do to those Vanguard motors is an auxiliary oil cooler. It will keep that whole mower running better for years, make sure the hood to motor seal is in place and intact or you will have overheat issues on long run times or idling in place as the hood traps alot of heat around the engine. Mine has an oil cooler located in the front grill with a thermostatically operated fan blowing out the front grill (it turns on if off oil temp exceeds 180°f or the under hood temp exceeds 120°) I used an oil filter relocating kit to both add the oil cooler and make the filter vertical. The stock oil filter can be replaced with a 3/4-16 thread oil filter such as wix 51068, CARQUEST r85068, Fram ph3976a, etc. (It uses filters that will fit an 85 dodge d350 with 360la).
Thanks for info brother. Never any issues with my vanguards overheating once they are in service. I never had one on a big hydro like this one either. Good idea with the oil cooler.
@@wilkersonsmowershop8379 it's because of the way the hood shrouds the entirety of the engine... Biggest issue is that rodents will eat the foam gasket that seals the underside of the hood to the flywheel shroud this seal helps force the hot air out instead of repeatedly recirculating it under the hood... On later higher hp models they added an oil cooler due to overheat issues with that hood design.
Sounds like Hank Hill
💕Wow💙💙💛💛💙💛💛💛💛
good explanation ..
Wow, hes a beauty. Ive never seen one like him before ❤
I’ve never seen anything like that. Thanks for sharing.
I've seen a few but never seen just land and chill with me.
I had no idea such big ones existed! The onea here in Washington max out at around a quarter of an inch or so, and are just plain black. Thank you for sharing that.
Right on thanks for watching.
Lovely false eyes on that beetle! The first time I held a click beetle, I was saving it from a water trough. When it "clicked" like that... freaked me out and I nearly dropped it. 😂 Have great weekend!
Thanks you do the same.
0:28 YESSURRRRRRRRR WE BE POPPIN
Click, click ,click.
Awesome bug brother!
Thanks brother!
Thank you for sharing the little beetle; it is beautiful. Enjoy your camping! The clean up will be tiring, but it will make it that much more comfortable. 😊
Turned out it was to muddy to camp. Glad you liked it and glad to share it. Thanks!
Cool
I think I have that belt size at my shop I can check for you tomorrow morning
Thanks but I already ordered them. I would have done that first cause it's cheaper but I was anxious to mow.
Vanguard never fails
Good video brother. The bumper looks great.
Appreciate it
they all break down, just a matter of time
Did y'all notice I had weld leak on that bung I made. I didn't see it till I watched the video back.you can see it at 29:20.
Not tell you said something about it
You win more than you don't bro lol
Thanks brother
yeah dont lose any fingers, the moment you realized that it might turn back on was funny. it looks like it'll do just fine though
Yeah that was one of those oh shit moments.
may be time for a 450 swap 😁
Put a hitch and a bed on it and turn into a wagon.
Well the tires should help if you gotta pull me out again lol
i think that battery has been repurposed to your other other project lol
I hear ya!! 👍🏻👍🏻
I run all my Briggs stuff on 4.
Nice camp you have! 👍🏻👍🏻 ~ Boneyard ~
yalls camp is one of my favorite places to be. and i think its a privilege to have my name on the table, i really appreciate that.. but yeah i agree, who ever that dedicated flag governor is needs to get it together
The camp is my place of peace.
Cool little camp! We all need a spot like that to kick back and relax!
Now you need a pork loin, yellow mustard, and some Montreal steak seasoning.
Right on brother
its looking good, yall did a good job
Thanks brother
How much you spend on that paint again lol
1200 dollars for 12 degree paint. I think 🤔
cool vid! big like!👍👍👍
Thanks 👍
The handle additions looks nice, and I very much approve of that wrap around shelf you built As always, love the Ford brand if you don't remember!
Thanks Paulie
That is looking pretty good, when do you think you will have it done? Another shelf would help in keeping it stabilized. Great job!
Probably a couple of weeks. I'm down to some things I had to order so now I'm waiting.
Let's see some cooking!
Looks awesome!
Thanks I can't wait to fire it up
@@wilkersonsmowershop8379 me either!
That being a 5 hp you can install a 3hp Briggs flywheel and make a bracket for the 3 hp coil to make it spool faster to get to speed and less rotational mass so less of a parasitic draw on hp and torque so you get to top end faster with like 2 pounds less pull on the engine. This is why most racers run a Briggs so they can do this. Ugh I swear I wish I can build you an engine!
Yeah I know what your talking about. I've have one a those brackets somewheres and also have a 3hp on my shelf out back.
Yes! You set vales like I said one open set closed valve then do it for the other valve. It don't have to be perfect! Just set them in a neutral spot. One valve fully open and you won't miss the compression release spot on the cam. It's simple it's not rocket science it's a small engine.
Appreciate it hillbilly. I gotta research that crank gear now. It has three different timing marks. Guess I could pull the head off and try each mark by rotation.
If it hurts you timing or valve lash is not set right.
Thanks hillbilly. I think this is the one with all the goodies in it we never could get running.
@@wilkersonsmowershop8379 I would check the key and timing. On Amy engine I always set lash with one valve fully open and set the neutral or closed valve then do the same for the other valve. This way I never miss the compression relief on the cam. You can set it at 0 clearance and not be off.
death wheel shows no mercy
I had some back tires like that, I liked them. I need a fan on mine sometimes...
love it
puddin should have had a maul in the background splitting a log lol
Can't get him outside long enough to get any work done.
