I didn't want to comment on the D. Thompson house build channel , but that whole house is a total disaster ,including the roof. (and I thought mine was bad until I watched his build) I feel bad for him.

if you can afford a place like that then i guess you can afford the electric to run all the aircon because you will need it with all that glass !

the stirrups rebar around your column rebar and beam rebar need to end in the center of the column. if they just lay along side the upright column rebar like that they will open in the event of an earthquake. stirrups should be closer together at the bases near the footer and at junctions of columns and beams or where beams meet beams and where columns meet the ring beam, i noticed they did a good job of that in the ring beam. its best to prime all rebar with iron oxide before using it.

Only major concern I have is air quality. You're close to major city Taguig ( my father in laws place ) & I cannot go there due to the air quality !
