I'm so aware of this but I just keep struggling with addiction with my phone. Even though I try to put the reminders to stop using, I keep skipping and then staying there for hours, which is exhausting. Many of the tips on the internet seem right, not for me tough. I'll give a try (again) to your tip. Doing nothing, which has been very challenging for me due to procrastination and then feeling guilty for doing nothing xD. Bad cycle I know, but I think many of us feel the same. I'll do this tiny step today Carrie, 20 minutes doing nothing then. Thank u for your lovely videos! Greetings from Venezuela :3

Hello, fellow RUclipsr! Just wanted to say this video just popped up on my page, and I love it! I could not agree more! I used to garden a lot with my family growing up and sadly got away from it as I grew older and life got into the way. I now have a very high anxiety and stresser job and recently started getting back to my roots and gardening has been one of those things and let me tell you. IT HAS HELPED!
