Hi Minto/Lattitudes... Shelley here, my husband and I had planned on you as our future home, then Covid hit. I lost my job because I said no to boosters, which this Sept 2023 I just got it back. Then, during and after Covid, the political winds changed in such that the small 2 bedroom designs became twice the original price. We hope some day in the future we can join our Parrot Head friends and enjoy our retirement with you all. Meanwhile, we can fix up our home for when that time comes so we can be ready when we can once again afford Lattitudes❤❤❤
