Sometimes I cut up cardboard and put the card that’s in the top loader inbetween two cutout cardboards and tape it up, would that still work with an envelope, because I worry it might get returned

Is there not a place for SKU numbers? I'm bringing my inventory over from eBay and I use SKU numbers so I can easily find items when they sell. If you have hundreds of listings, especially similar items, how do you know which items sold and where to look for it in all of your inventory without going on a hunt every single time you sell something? I'm not asking how to organize inventory, but how to give the items their own identity if we can't insert their SKU numbers.
