Capture lag, u can tell by the mouse movement

It was the video, the game goes smooth if you don't capture. To have no capture lag you need an external capture card (like an Elgato), which i don't have.

When you complete all of the Rising Battle you can do the missions, and there you 14* him. I wouldn't reccomend doing the friendship missions if you still have other missions like that to do.
