Fun facts about Tom Cruise: - he has worked with almost all legendary directors: Spielberg, Kubrick, Scorsese, Stone, Redford, Mann, de Palma, Wu, Scott (with both of them), Abrams, etc. - Tom Cruise doesn't have a single 3D movie. All his films are 2D. And all of them have great boxoffice and positive ratings, because they are good thanks to cinematography, history and acting. - he has never starred in advertisements for brands (cars, watches, perfumes, etc.). - he has never starred in the Marvel Universe or the DCEU. Of the famous actors, only 3 actors did not star in them: Tom Cruise, Leonardo DiCaprio and Brad Pitt (although Brad Pitt was in a cameo in Deadpool 2).

Tom Cruise’s best role has to be in Mission: Impossible. His portrayal of Ethan Hunt is a perfect mix of action, intensity, and commitment. It's a franchise where he truly shines, and I'd love to see him tackle even more daring and complex roles in the future.

Tom Cruise's best performance is in Top Gun: Maverick, where he blends action with emotional depth ! For his next role, I’d love to see him in a complex, dramatic character, perhaps in a psychological thriller🤭

I don’t really want to talk about the Borderlands movie anymore as I made a terrible review on it 2 months ago, but I really think the reasons as to why the movie flop can be sum up to 3 reasons. 1 was that the movie’s story and some casting choices were a mess and just bad miscasting (Like Jamie Lee Curtis as Tannis why!). 2 was that unlike other video game movies Borderlands wasn’t as popular as it was back in the Early to Mid 2010s, so an adaptation of it was bound to fail. And 3 is because the audience & critics who did see it hated it, and because of that, lots of people didn’t see it. That and Deadpool & Wolverine had already been in theaters but still. Compare that to the Super Mario Bros Movie where it can be enjoyed by anyone, including their family members, as well as the fact that Mario’s a pop culture icon, it makes more sense as to why the Mario movie was successful and was a box office success.
