Hey man i saw your, how expensive is iracing video, just a minute ago, went to see if you had any updated ones but you havent been here for 3yrs, do you know if youll be back at some point because the informational vids are really good for a newbie like me that wants to get into iracing, hope uou come back, and if you do please an updated pricing guide would be amazing especially with the other one being so detailed and helpful, i havent accually got the game yet lol so i dont know how accurate it is, but it has been 4 yrs since that vid so i assume prices have probably changed alittle

People complaining don’t understand the cost of actual racing. Spend 300 Bucks to race whenever you want and not have to pay to drive to tracks, hotels, entry fees, club fees, and endless maintenance on your car which also costs and absolute truck load of money.

This is what I don't get when people say it's a hobby, sim racing is a hobby. iRacing is the game, just like ACC is a game. So why does iRacing cost thousand dollars more?

I paid for 1 month of iracing ... liked it... but just bought ACC and DLC on sale for pretty cheap compared to iracings $1800

I just watch gaming now. I can watch a 1.5 hour race in 10 minutes. Pause it, come back later or not even watch the 10 mins and skip to next video. It’s great. Saves me tons of time.

I’m starting with upgrading my rig. Just got a Sim Labs P1-X Pro. Now to upgrade the wheel and pedals as I only have a T300RS (only play GT7). One thing at a time. Have to get a computer worthy of the game, then I can start playing the game itself.

To me this is completely nothing but GREED on this company. No Game should Cost this much to play.

Im a happy iracer, this is a great upload. The only thing i would like to say to people are considering subscribing to the sim, who have less 'disposable income'. Bear in mind that when you stop subscribing you will not own anything, at least with Golf or some other hobby you will still have your clubs that you could sell when you have to give it up. So the only way to keep your purchase in iracing is is to keep subscribing forever. IRacing is great though, .....just only pay what you can afford to lose.

iRacing sells more than cars and tracks... You are paying for a service, its basically like when you see a coke ad on tv and they dont need to say what it is, you just know it. Same for iRacing. You think about simracing and competition? Thats iRacing for you, are you invested in that? well there is no price for investment.

Now I gotta explain all this to my wife :( lol

I only pay the monthly subscription. There's enough included content for me to scratch the occasional itch to compete.

This is way late but by no means should you buy every track in a season. Just buy the big names and skip the other weeks. So many tracks (like oran park) ive never even seen in the schedule. Tbh u can get away with like 10 tracks total and race most weeks in the year.

worst part is that there is like hard to find info on how expensive iracing is on their webpage lol. just that is a warning sign to me. thanks for the video (i can add I paid a total of like $99for Assetto Corsa Competizione with all dlc). There is probably iracing-drivers that started with real racing instead to save money.

I have now spent about 550 euros. I probably never HAVE to buy new content as I have something to race every week. Of course every 12/13 weeks there is new content that I can buy, but that is 30 - 40 euros every 3 Months, which is acceptable. Yes I paid a high price to get here, but now iRacing isnt that expensive :o

I feel iRacing is priced the way it is specifically to scare off casual gamers.

I know this video is 3 years old, but I have to point out that the Barber Motorsports track is not named for Skip Barber. It was built and is owned by George Barber.

You know what I think spending those 500 doubloons on my kart would be better maybe one day I will be able to play the game
