I never really wanted Nikki up until recently so I’m obsessing over this video when the twins came out I was more drawn to Niki which is surprising bc I love pinks and pastels but there was just something that stood out about Niki. When you were wiping off that second sleeping eye, I screamed with laughter lmfao Those are some adorable tiny babies! The little silicone guy... so cute, but like you said, he's gonna get all fuzzy and gross, which is kind of a deal breaker. The crib he came with was just too cute, though!

Yep that is how I started. I have always admire these dolls but could never get one due to family finances. As an adult now I was able to find some American girl minis and furniture but never a big doll until last year at goodwill for $5 and then just last week a wellie wishers for $3. Now I am hook on American Girl

I haven’t thrifted an Elizabeth yet, but I can only imagine after fixing up thrifted Marie-Grace and Kaya! 😆 In MG’s case, I ended up completely re-wigging to get her more pristine. If you have a ceramic plated flat iron, that does the same as a boil wash, btw. Just keep the hair moist and the iron on low. Elizabeth looks so much better!

I can’t believe they were only $1 each! What a great deal. I love both of those dolls. Fixing up dolls is so satisfying and I love watching other people do it too. Great job on Elizabeth’s hair! It looks like her pin curls must have been brushed into the rest of her hair? That happened to mine and I was able to pull them out. They are frizzy though. Sometimes people just cut them off. Can’t wait to see Blair’s makeover. 🤗
