What makes these memes feel off to me is that as far as I can remember in Looney Tunes, Foghorn Leghorn is never on the money. It seems out of character for his rants to be even fully relevant to the most important issue at hand, much less for his opinion on the matter to be helpful. He typically only cares about himself, has the foresight and attention span of an insect, and whatever topic he starts on tends to quickly get eclipsed by his projecting his inability to shut up onto everyone else. It's what makes him funny. Now, memes about him complaining about the way other people relieve themselves at night seem spot on. Choosing Foghorn Leghorn as the spokesman for whatever petty issue you know yourself to be overly fixated on makes total sense. Memes like this? I can barely conceive how and why they come into existence.
