@ashutoshbharajwalyoga आपके पास मिले आपका जयपुर एड्रेस स्थान रेलवे स्टेशन कितने समय लगता है और एक पूर्व सैनिक थे योग आसन प्राणायाम ध्यान साधक जीवन अभ्यास करता हूं में आश्रम योग क्लास ट्रेनिग शिक्षा ली है में योगी जीवन आसान करने विधियां को प्राप्त करना षट्कर्म क्रिया योग ध्यान शुद्धि क्रिया करते हैं इसलिए आप से जुड़ना अभ्यास करना था आश्रम योग की शिक्षा शोषण कारण बदनाम करते हैं आश्रम रहना भोजन एकोमोडेशन देते 14 घंटे तक नौकरी जैस कार्य कराते हैं इसीलिए किसी आश्रम बुराई करना ठीक नहीं लेकिन संन्यास बनाने अनुशासन संस्कृत योग नारंदभक्ति सूत्र,पतंजलि सूत्र अध्ययन धर्म कर्म धंधा संघर्ष में शामिल था अभी मेरा जीवन साधक संन्यास लेने जीवन दुविधा फसा है योग जिज्ञासु है प्लीज मुझे अभ्यास किया है योग शिक्षा ली आंबेडकर युनिवर्सिटी से अहमदाबाद रहता हूं प्लीज मोबाइल नंबर पर मेसेज भेज आपका नंबर

आपके द्वारा बताये गये पद्मासन के सभी आसनों को विगत बारह माह से प्रतिदिन कर रहा हूं। 15 से 20 मिनट तक लगातार बैठ पाता हूँ उसके बाद पैर में दर्द एवं झनझनाहट जैसी समस्या उत्पन्न हो जाती है। कृपया मुझे कुछ और उपाय बतायें कि इसकी अवधी को बढ़ाकर 3 से 4 घंण्टे तक कैसे किया जा सकता है।

😂सिखानें का सलीका अच्छा है.. कहते है मयूर आसन सीखते समय टकटकी लगाकर एक पोइंट को देखते से बैलेस बनानें मे आसानी रहती है जिससे यह आसन सीखनें में आसानीं रहती है।

सरजी, उड्डीयान बंध, अग्निसार क्रिया और नौली क्रिया करनेके लिए साँस लेकर कम्लीट साँस बाहर छोडके साँस बाहर रोकना पडता है ।(बाह्यकुंभक करना पडता है ।) तो मेरा सवाल यह है कि बाह्य कुंभक का टाईम कैसे बढाये ? बाहर साँस रोकने का टाईम कैसे बढाये ?
आप ब्राहमरी का अभ्यास करिए, इससे आपका exhalation लंबा होने लगेगा और उड्डीयन बन्ध का अभ्यास कीजिए।

I have a question.. Are there 2 different meditation centers in Jaipur. 1.Dhama Thali, Jaipur & 2.Dhamma Thali, Jamdoli, Jaipur. Borh r same or different. Im willing to go there. But little bit confused in above centres. Can u plz help me regarding this?
