Did you really just say "feel, felt, found? (at 7:20) That's from the 1960 ... ?
You more than anyone should remember to "never answer an unasked question" ... as per David S.
The classic three Fs of Feel, Felt, Found actually works very well psychologically for most prospects, as long as it doesn't sound like the canned line of 'I understand how you feel, other people felt the same way, what we found was..." because of it seeming like a tactic. But the principle at play which is "Validate, Relate, and Explanation" works very well to reframe the hesitation.
