I'm just trying to see if there is a problem with mine. When I bring my thread over #4 and the lever that you would bring down to start your embroidery I notice the thread needs a little more pull to come through then when it's up. Is that normal?

This is a very easy to follow video. You talk calm and clear, easy to understand and follow your instruccions. Once again I give you thanks for you help. Water stabiliser is for towels, it's not necessary to use them on polos

I have unboxed it, it was very easy to sub on something. Ashley help me convert the process was rocky at first but I managed.
