So how do you define an ugly City, in my years of travel I have visited many Cities also but have never visited an ugly City as there has always been some thing in a City that glows

@@peterwilliamallen1063 Have you visited Taichung in Taiwan? Imagine that nearly all the buildings were covered from top to bottom with ugly tiles like the old Arndale Center in Manchester. They used to call the Arndale Center in Manchester the biggest toilet in Europe and thank God they have replaced the tiles with something else.
