After Effects Tutorial | Infinite Looping Tunnel Effect | No Plugins
Hey everybody... sorry, I can't hear you... I'm going into a TUNNEL... (hyuk hyuk). In all seriousness though, today we're going to be making a tunnel! One that loops forever, in fact. It's an easy effect to recreate and provides lots of avenues of customization, so get ready to start digging! We aren't using any third-party plugins in the process either, so there's nothing crazy that you have to bring with you. Great tutorial, your commentary is on point! I bit off topic... How do you get those fast rendering speeds? I have monster setup, can't really get better. I did this in 1440 but your 4k render is 10 times faster. Would love for some help on this matter. BTW.. You really should get the free plug-in called FX Console for quicker effects adding!

Cool tutorial but my CC mercury effect is fully encapsulated/blocked into the text size while your expand outside of it, like an explosion, that's really weid...any ideas ?

I'd be surprised if you hadn't heard of it but I'd highly recommend FX Console and KBar. I really appreciate the fact that you speak like a normal person. Like someone who actually has a personality and is simply teaching their friend how to do something. Not all formulaic and dry like some other people. It's always nice when people mention additional tips for possible creations. Like adding the 2nd word and changing color etc. Great tutorial and effect, keep up the excellent work! 👌🏾

Dude, you arent a SUPER huge channel YET, but i really hope you grow a shit ton man! Your tutorials are Fast yet slow enough pace for AE noobs to understand and keep track of and you also explain into depth so much in what your are doing and the explaning of shortcuts/keybinds for things is also Top notch! I was having trouble finding channels for things like these and im damn happy i didnt give up on the search lol. Almost all other channels just spurt out a bunch of info without making much sense or say "we did this part in another video so go check that out" forcing us to go into this infinite search for redundant things that couldve taken 3 mins to explain... so THANK YOU!

Unfortunately it doesn't work with white background and black text. Any idea how to easily fix that?
I just tinkered with it a bit and got it to work! If you make a white solid in the "Text" comp and drag it beneath the text layers, then everything should work as long as your text color is set to black. Let me know how it goes!
