Those aren''t "YEAHS!" being screamed before the chorus. If you were to listen to the Katy Perry demo of the song, you would hear that they were guitar strums. Why they took them out on the album version I don't know. For YEARS I thought that was Rita Ora screaming obnoxiously in the song. Turns out its not.
