Im not sure about the 2018, i think thats the last year with the 4.0T right? If so then make sure theyve done an oil feed reroute for the turbos. If not then thats gotta be priority #1. Other than that if youre keeping it fairly stock then the engines amazing. Anything over like 500whp though and youll need to start thinking of driveshaft and internal upgrades. Theyre amazing cars and can produce some wild power with just a tune and boltons.

I have 2016 S6 with stage 1, and now I’m working on the car putting St1 turbos, castless downpipes, CWA150 water pump, ECS inlets, oil screen delete, low pressure fuel lines. I was gonna upgrade the intercooler but the temperature here in the north of Sweden is freezing. I hoping to get close to ur numbers around 700Hp. I’m not sure about upgrading the pistons on HPFP because I’m not gonna go with E85. What do u think brother ?
definitely upgrade the internals. the compression ratio for the s6 is different than the rs7 so higher boost is more dangerous. literally blew my engine 2 years ago and had to do forged internals. dont make the same 20 grand mistake i did lol

Thats the mod list to get it up to that power

never had an issue with my transmission at this power and its been about 2 years. the real issue is valve float at this power but internal upgrades are always needed for any car when going above and beyond
