This channel will be dedicated to my journey towards self improvement and happiness. I've been dealing with depression and insecurity for about 10 years now and I have made the conscious effort to change. My intent is to record and document my progress in hopes that it will help me continue forward and to help others that are in a similar situation. We're all just trying to live happy.

Hey, I totally feel you on a lot of the points you made. I wasn’t able to make myself happy/love myself and I ended up losing the person I love so fucking deeply because of it. That shit fucked me up so bad, but like you said, it does get better. It’s a long, difficult road, but keep your head up and focus on you.
