E hecho un cuenta rápida y me doy cuenta que 110kg que para nada es poco pero don tan los otros 50kg xd
Se nota que hiciste la cuenta rápido porque ni dios sabe de donde sacaste esos números. Te ayudo a hacer las cuentas: hay tres discos de 20kg (1 disco bumper y 2 de fundición), y luego, hay un disco de 10kg. Usando la maravillosa matemática, da que por lado hay 70kg, eso se multiplica por 2, que da 140kg. Por último, se suma el peso de la barra, que en este caso es de 20kg. RESULTADO FINAL: 160kg Pd: mínimo asegúrate que estén bien hechas las cuentas antes de criticar “xd”
Ok vato admito mi error, yo pensé que las más grandes eran de 20kg las más delgadas de 10kg y la más pequeña de 5kg más la barra de 20kg, 20+20+20=60 10+10+10+10=40 5+5=10 60+40+10=110kg Pero no te enojes vato XD PD: "xd" Nota: si te lo preguntabas si e hecho press de banca y al gimnasio donde voy, las de 20kg suelen ser más gordas y las de 10kg suelen ser más largas y delgadas :v

Ego lifting, I hope some day the federation of powerlifting doesn't allow this technique for god sake.
How is it egolifting? It went up easy. I don’t lift this weight for my “ego”, I do it because I compete in powerlifting and this is legal and valid in a meet. When the IPF does something about the rules I will change, but unfortunately, it is what it is. Me personally I don’t like doing a big arch like this, but I am capable of doing it and it maximizes my bench, so I will keep doing it. I’m a POWERLIFTER, and I follow POWERLIFTING rules. I won’t lift less weight in a meet just because people don’t like it.

Black plate is 10kg, silver plates are 2.5kg. One dumbbell has 2 10kg plates and 4 silver plates. 10+10+2.5+2.5+2.5+2.5=30kg It is even a little bit more weight considering that the dumbbell itself weighs about 1-2kg. So the final weight sits around 31-32kg.

Good form, use your back and legs at the bottom of the press, and you will add 50lbs to your bench immediately.

@@elgoblino6635 Just squeeze your back tight like your doing a row, and believe it or not, you can actually feel your back pushing from the bottom of the lift. Once you get it down 315lbs is right there.
