Am i the only one that sees uncanny similarities between this part of the game and area zero from pokemon scarlet and violet? The music uses almost identical choir compositions, and the setting is in a hole full of crystals. Even the fact that madeleine is confronting herself, in a similar way in which professor olim/turum are doing with their dreams… not even counting the IA that is basically a doppelanger… wow

Such a shame that the newest comment is over two years old since that means people haven't been listening to this lately. I was playing the randomizer mod a bit ago and First Steps was playing. At some point, this version of the track played and it got to 3:12 and I just stopped and thought, "Damn." That part of the song is absolute perfection. It feels so distant and lonely but I just can't stop listening to it. I've been spending the past month working on an arrangement of First Steps and I'm sad that the feeling of 3:12 is something that can't be recreated with the other layers, but at least I have this.

For the longest time while playing tbe game, i was wondering to myself "when is Flowering Night gonne come on?" Well, I got my answer, and it was pretty damn great.

My personal favorite song and fight in the game! Had an absolute blast here, and the slap bass is so sick.

This one feels the most like a Touhou boss theme, but it's just the stage 2 song. Damn, they went hard.

Shoutouts to my best friend's favorite Touhou character being the first boss. I popped off seeing her and she's a very fun fight!

Hearing this theme is cool and all, but actually being able to fight Nitori later is SO sick.
