Fun fact, some of the XG members, Juria, Chisa, and Maya almost got kicked out the group permanently due to not passing the dance evaluation during their trainee years. Simon Jakops, the man who trained them for years also aka their father figure, gave them a second chance. However, they still need to redo the evaluation in order to stay. So, they spend a whole night in the studio self-reflecting and practicing for that evaluation. During that evaluation, he told the other girls to watch carefully and then ask the other girls what their thoughts on their previous attempts are such as physical and mental mistakes and what their thoughts on their second attempt especially what change. Yeah, they pass it on their second attempt, but he still talks to them about it. He uses this situation as reminder for all the girls that it is important to have the right mindset and determination. Even after they pass it, they still have to be prepared for more evaluations especially vocals and raps. 😃
