I never knew back then people also didn't like how mickey was portrayed in plane crazy

I watched other videos about the origin of Mickey before this and I really wanted a more in depth and then I came across this. Thank you I really wanted to know how exactly they made Mickey Mouse and not some idea that came on a train ride. I liked the ending montage to leave an emotional journey of learning the history of Mickey Mouse!

I didn’t get into Epic Mickey until Rebrushed released for PC. Its quickly become one of my favorite steam deck titles to carry with me. I hope there will be a chance the sequel will get a remaster as well. Before this series came along, I remember owning a copy of Mickey Mouse: Magic Wands! on gameboy as a kid, and it almost makes this series feel like a spiritual successor of sorts.

Mickey Mouse and Oswald The Lucky Rabbit are my favorite Disney Characters

Moments of stupidity in Winnie the Pooh: Owl misreads the note left by Christopher Robin, “Gone Out Busy Back Soon” (Saying that Christopher was gone at school for the day and that he would be back soon.) as “Gone Out Busy Backson” (Saying that Christopher was captured by the Backson who was on a rampage.) setting up the whole wild goose chase to save Christopher Robin from the Backson. Rabbit shows zero concern over Pooh’s starvation for honey and takes zero action towards it by letting Pooh eat some honey as he is more obsessed with having everyone save Christopher Robin from the Backson which causes Pooh despite his desperate attempts to snap himself out of it and focus on saving Christopher Robin from the Backson than eating honey, begins hallucinating honey all around him in the “Everything is Honey” musical number and after the hallucinations wear off and Pooh eats mud instead of honey and falls upon the Backson trap after seeing its honey pot completely forgetting about the Backson trap and by the time he does, it's too late. Rabbit attempts to use the anchor and chain on Eeyore to save Pooh from the pit, but he fails to realize that it's not long enough and causes everyone but Piglet and Tigger to fall into the pit. Piglet destroys the rope needed to rescue the characters who fell into the pit after Rabbit tells him to use it to get them all out of it and Piglet cuts it into seven pieces. Owl had the ability to fly but the rest of the characters were too absent minded to realize, Owl could have just carried everyone out of the hole with his ability to fly or Rabbit could have just dug their way out of the hole in an escape tunnel instead, because like Gopher he can dig! Pooh caring more about honey than Piglet.

Still zero mentions of the importance of the comics in Brazil :(

i have anxiety too. in fact epic mickey was the first time I remember that I wasn't anxious due to how fun it was. of course then I got to the last time your on main street before fighting the blot and I couldn't get myself to finish the game because I didn't want it to end. sadly my wii broke and I never played through the ending.

Walt era Disney is my favorite.. Disney went downhill hard after Walts passing. The last Walt era animated film that i love with all my heart, is Robinhood. It was released after Walts passing, but i believe he had hid hand in the early stages of Robinhood. After Robinhood, all of the rest of the animated films suffered, and they just didn't contain the spark that Walt era Animated films had.. and it wasnt way until Mickeys Christmas Carol came out, that i felt that Walt era spark again. And even the Live action film showed promise again with The Journey of Natty Gann. It was actually close to a Walt era classic film. But im sad to say, that imo, Disney has never felt that good since. And pixar may be owned by Disney.. but its not Walt era style. Although a few are great, like Bugs life, and Cars 1. They dont make me feel that Walt spark.

This video helped me bite the bullet and finally buy the collector's edition lol. tbh I think instead of limited number items there should be limited time items so the manufacturers can make enough to fit demand. Another great video, can't wait for the next one :D

Even after five months, after the remaster, I feel lucky to have lived in the era to have seen the revival of Oswald. Oswald is my favorite character from the game. Not only that, but Epic Mickey is definitely one of the first pieces of media that had something horror related and is a HUGE reason I love horror the way I do❤❤❤❤ needless to say, I’m grateful❤❤

Wait hang on how does the Mad Doctor explain stuff in Epic Mickey 2? I dont think you mentioned that.

I love how the game represents the actual experience of Disney theme parks. We go through the different lands of adventure and fantasy the same way how Mickey did helping everyone and end off with fireworks over the castle the same way how the blot is destroyed and the castle regenerates.

I still hold out the hope for epic mickey to be refrenced in kingdom hearts. Or atleast oswald
